I'm fat and...

it's affecting almost everything I do. I take my first step of the morning and my feet immediately start to hurt. My lower back is tight and standing up straight is a challenge. After a few minutes, I start to feel "normal." I've been doing CrossFit about 4-6 days a week for about two months after taking a really long time off due to injury and low motivation. My weight has been a limiting factor to my performance and I find myself tapping out of workouts. My body is rebelling. Well, it's actually protecting me from my poor weight to strength ratio and instability. Thank you and fuck you, at the same time.
